Heart & Motion Cardio

Heart & Motion Cardio is a high-energy circuit training class that blends strength-building and cardio for a full-body workout. Led by a skilled PTA, this class incorporates resistance training, free weights, and functional movement to improve endurance, build muscle, and enhance mobility—all while keeping your heart rate up. The circuit format allows you to move at your own pace while experiencing a variety of exercises designed for maximum impact and long-term wellness. Whether you're looking to boost stamina, increase strength, or improve heart health, this class is designed to keep you strong, motivated, and moving with confidence.

Mindful Movement

This gentle movement class is an opportunity to cultivate a compassionate and playful relationship with your body and with movement.  Through the practice of fundamental human motions, intuitive and improvisational movement opportunities, and gentle yoga asana, we will reconnect with the comfort and joy of our bodies in motion.  Each class will begin with a mat sequence and proceed into standing movements and postures, with modifications offered for varying abilities and capacities.
