Restorative Movement & The Melt Method: A 4-Week Series

Movement is essential to living our best life and nurturing our body, mind and spirit.
“This 4-Week Series utilizes the principles of my life long training in dance and 30+ years in the healing arts. The class incorporates principles of the Alexander Technique, breath awareness, basic anatomy, Melt Method as we integrate through our core, building awareness of balanced posture and how we move.”
• On the floor we slowly warm up the spine & back, guided by our breath.
• We gently rock, roll and spiral as we continue to open our back.
• We focus on the hip sockets and bring awareness to the hip flexors.
• Melt using soft balls / soft roller on our hands, feet, legs and back.
When: September 11th – October 2nd Wednesdays (4 consecutive weeks)
Where: Alliance Wellness Studio in Aptos, 7887 Soquel Drive (next to Sudz laundromat)
Time: 4:00pm -5:15pm
Cost: Early Registration by Aug 31st $70 / Registration on Sept 1st $80
