Radical Self-Compassion: Navigating Grief During the Holidays/Winter Months

Radical Self-Compassion: Navigating Grief During the Holidays & Winter Months combines experiential learning, guided meditation, partner and group sharing, and a type of yoga that specifically utilizes breath, sound, and movement to liberate feelings of physical pain and suffering that can accompany grief. This all-day experience will be held in a safe and supportive environment (The Wellness Studio).

The specific intent of the day is to provide you tools to practice positive self-care and empowering support during the holidays. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.

Carla H Brown, Certified GriefYoga™ Teacher and Laughter Yoga Trainer, Joy Coach, and Transformational Workshop Leader, has been supporting students and clients for over 16 years to release fear and reclaim joy in the midst of challenges. She has provided trainings, workshops and classes in joyful embodiment and emotional wellness for 100’s of groups and organizations, including Satellite Hemodialysis patients, Napa County Mental Health Dept, CSUMB, Univ of TX at Austin, Texas Tech, YWCA, Women’s Health Centers Santa Cruz, City of Santa Cruz and Sage Lavine Intl.
